Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jenny Holloway is a state licensed Hearing Specialist and has worked in the hearing industry since 2000. Jenny was drawn to the profession because of her desire to help others. “I personally strive to provide the best patient care to our patients on their journey to better hearing. My goal is to provide our patients in the surrounding local communities with quality hearing care through my offices in Southern Illinois.
Jenny is a native of Southern Illinois; and attended Southwestern Illinois College and Parkland College. Jenny has a son, Landen & resides in Sparta, IL. When she’s not saving hearing lives, Jenny can be found attending her son’s many sporting events and spending time with family and their dog Max.
Shawn Wilcox, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Shawn Wilcox has been an Illinois licensed hearing instrument specialist for the past 30 years. Shawn currently lives in his hometown of Benton Illinois with his wife Tammy and 2 daughters Kelsey and Kortney. Shawn had family in the hearing industry and followed in the profession becoming licensed 1992. He began his career working in Springfield Illinois and later relocated back home to Benton Illinois. Shawn has been working for a private practice commuting to Fairview Heights Illinois for the last 25 years. He decided to relocate to be closer to home and spend more time with his family, so he joined the Starkey family in March of 2021 working in the Marion and Effingham locations.
Shawn is passionate about working with the hearing impaired and strives to give each patient the best follow up care and excels in patient communications allowing each patient to achieve their best hearing outcome possible. Shawn when not working with patients can be found at home enjoying family time, on a lake fishing and working in his church on special events along with co-directing their Easter dramas each year. April Campbell
Patient Care Coordinator
April Rose Campbell is an Audio Tech. April is from Marion Illinois. April started with Nuear Hearing Center her senior year of high school in 2000, While working April continued her Education at JALC & SIU. April was drawn to her profession because she loves to help people & what better way than to enhance their lives with better hearing. What April loves most about helping save hearing lives is that it connects people with people. There is nothing better them being able to hear your loves one’s voice. April strives to make sure everyone feels welcomed & helps them find the best hearing possible. Outside of saving hearing lives, April loves spending time with her children & husband. April and her family are very involved in sports and giving back to her community. So, when off the fields you will find them in church or in shelters. April favorite saying is Always make the most of each day!
Natalie Deutschmann
Patient Care Coordinator
Natalie was born and raised in Sparta, IL. She started her hearing journey in 2023. Natalie has a passion for helping others and is excited to assist in providing the best patient care in her community and surrounding area.
When Natalie is not in the office you can find her at one of her sons sporting events or enjoying time with family and friends. She also loves spending time outdoors and playing with her dogs.
